Kia Sorento Super Bowl 2015
We started 7 months before Super Bowl. We wrote scripts. Lots of scripts. We had buckets and sub buckets and platforms and versions. We wallpapered war rooms. There were interns and creative directors and off-site freelancers feverishly churning away, greedily coveting the prospect of a Super Bowl commercial like Gollums. And after all that, it eventually came down to an off the cuff, “what if…” that spared us the cruel fate of lying in a heap of other battered and bloodied creatives, gasping for air and reconsidering our life choices… this time, anyway.
